VIDEO -PERFORMANCE, NUIT BLANCHE 2020
Transformed into a futuristic landscape, a public swimming pool becomes the stage where the story of a shipwrecked cosmonaut unfolds. In the form of an aquatic theatre, the work reinvests myths and popular representations relating to the search for new territories, in space and under the seas. Through a sensory experience, tinged with cinema and theatricality, it opens up a questioning of the future of man in a changing world, and raises the question of the real challenges of the evolution of humanity.

Storm Station est une installation lumineuse, chorégraphique et sonore.Transformée en paysage futuriste, la piscine Rouvet devient un théâtre aquatique où se déploie le récit d’un personnage entre naufragé et cosmonaute. L'oeuvre réinvestit les mythes et représentations populaires touchant à la recherche de nouveaux territoires, dans l’espace et au delà des mers. Construite autour du motif du naufrage, elle explore les résonances de ce sujet dans nos sociétés contemporaine.
À travers un personnage burlesque rappelant les corps du cinéma muet, la performance prend le contre-pied d'une représentation fantasmée et héroïque de l’explorateur dans une fable sur l'attente, la contemplation et l'errance.
